Dat Brugge gekend is voor z’n romantische decor is gekend. Bij Chez Olivier kan je gezellig tafelen midden in dat decor, in een intiem huiselijke sfeer. Olivier serveert een klassieke verfijnde keuken met 100% respect voor kwalitatieve producten. Een rijk smakenpallet om vingers bij af te likken. De bediening is heel hartelijk. Tip: proef als aperitief zeker de huis-champagne.
Kortom: een aanrader.
